We work to find cost-effective venues that are in central places of influence easy to reach by car or public transit depending on the location.
Equipment
We work with our technical production team and partners to find the best options for delivering an excellent experience at the best possible cost.
Operational Expenses
When determining operating costs, we strive to ensure that funds are stretched as much as possible optimizing for experience on Sundays and beyond. These also support the Global Team that supports expansion, ministries, strategies and more
Longevity & Permanence

At the heart of everything we do is the Great Commission from Jesus: "Go and make disciples of all nations." We believe that thriving churches have the power to transform communities, restore hope, and awaken people to the reality of Jesus.
Our bold vision is to establish 100 healthy church campuses in key cities across the world by 2034. This year marks an exciting milestone: we've launched 15 campuses, with 85 more on the horizon.
Vision Sunday is our annual moment to come together and say "yes" to this calling. It's an opportunity to partner financially with what God is doing: to invest in eternal impact and join hands with believers around the world who share this mission. When we give together, we're advancing Kingdom territory, opening doors for the gospel, and creating space for thousands more people to encounter Jesus.
New Church Planting Model
We’re changing the way we plant churches Rather than launching and building momentum off of the launch of a location, we’re asked - what would it be like to have strong momentum before the official launch even happens?
We’re starting a new, two-phase model where a plant starts as groups in homes (Phase 1.) Once those groups have reached strength in numbers and finances, we kick off the launch process with interest nights, worship nights, team nights; culminating with a move into a venue and launch Sunday (Phase 2). We believe that a plant that is strong in leadership, finances & faith before they even set foot in a venue will help to set deeper roots and be in a better position to take ground in their city as they start their journey towards permanence.
Church Planting School
Church Planting School equips aspiring planters and pastoral leaders to start healthy, thriving churches that fulfill the Great Commission by making disciples of every nation. Through one intensive week of in-person training, participants gain practical, hands-on experience learning from Vive Church’s track record of planting 15 campuses—including both successes and lessons learned along the way. Whether you’re called to plant internationally, in your local community, or across diverse contexts, this deep-dive program provides the tools, strategies, and real-world insights needed to launch with confidence. Graduates leave with an opportunity to plant through VIVE Church or return equipped to plant through their own church network.
